Overall Satisfaction with ChannelAdvisor
We use ChannelAdvisor as the primary Order Management System (OMS) for our flagship brand of tungsten. ChannelAdvisor is hands down the Cadillac solution in the OMS industry. We use it across the full organization in operations, marketing, e-commerce, and information technology. ChannelAdvisor aggregates all of our orders, sends them to our shipping partners, and sends the transactions to Quickbooks.

- Beautiful user interface that allows for quick on-boarding.
- Super expensive.
- When there's a glitch, prepare to call IT since it's not an easy fix.
- Fixed contracts. If Amazon decides to ban you from their platform, there's a huge risk in having to continue paying.
- We were able to streamline an entire admin role just by automating shipping.
- Access the software from anywhere in the cloud. This lets us fix problems immediately.
- ChannelAdvisor lets us integrate inventory seamlessly to avoid stock-outs.

Our brand is growing online at a rapid clip, and we wanted a platform that would scale accordingly. The feature that really sold us was the automatic workflows. If we want a certain type of product that's going to a customer in a certain state to ship a certain way, we could make that happen automatically without any human touch! Wow!
