It is used mainly on our web design and marketing section of the company to manage monthly renewals and customers with frequent invoices.
- Keeping billing information on file for new invoices.
- Professional looking templates.
- Very impressive customer service. They have built out several features and reports specifically for my company.
- Easy to track commissions
- They need the site to be mobile friendly or to develop an app. If I don't use Chrome and remember to view as desktop site, it loses much of its functionality.
- Very positive because of their automatic invoice reminders and the ability for a customer to pay their own bill. Saves having an AR department or an inconvenient side job.
ChargeOver was easier to create invoices, set up custom recurring, track commissions, and my employees didn't have access to company financial records.
