Overall Satisfaction with Chili Piper

The sales department uses Chili Piper. It is to help our setters set for the account executives to do the demos.
  • Sends calendar invites to both the person being set for and the company.
  • It is hard to tell who is up on the round robin.
  • It is hard to incorporate exceptions to the round robin.
  • Overall, it is a time consuming product.
They are helpful and wait times aren't too long.

It is made for organizations that have people who set for other team members. Other than that there isn't much use for it.
