Overall Satisfaction with Chili Piper

We utilize Chili Piper for booking Demos and scheduling. It is integrated with Salesforce and Zoom and allows us to easily see where executives have gaps in their schedules. Allowing to invite customers to make changes to the appointment through the web interface frees up time as you don't need to reschedule yourself. At present, we only use instar booking and schedule.

Technology businesses will be able to use it with their service departments as the agents will easily be able to schedule multiple appointments.
