Overall Satisfaction with Chime Online Banking

Wes started using Chime about 2 years ago to help defer the high bank fees we were incurring. Chime's fees are either $0.00 or a fraction of the other banks. In all, we saved close to $60.00 a month in fees.

  • Can track your money easily.
  • Immediate notifications when money is spent.
  • Their CC is hard to figure out.
  • Website could be streamlined.
  • Immediate notifications of money going in or out.
  • It saves us a ton of money each money in fees.

We had an unauthorized transaction and we alerted the moment it went out and was able to contact Chime and get it reversed before any harm to us was incurred. We had a new card within 7-10 days as they claimed.
