Overall Satisfaction with Chorus.ai

Across the sales, marketing, product and customer success orgs we use Chorus.ai for critical insights and coaching opportunities. It aides in allowing each team to have the same context regarding real customer and prospect experiences. Intonation, word choice, and conversation balance are our favorite insights. I’d highly recommend it to any organization that is serious about customer centric initiatives.
