Overall Satisfaction with Chorus.ai

We use Chorus across sales and service as a way to collect data from client and prospect interactions. This data is used to improve the quality of sales calls, share best practices, and create cross department collaboration. Chorus gives us capabilities we did not have before and also streamlined processes that were very manual prior to implementing their service. It has been a great tool and we have only scratched the surface.

I have not used other applications like Chorus as this is an emerging market but would put Chorus at the top of the list when considering this type of solution.
Some key functionality is the ability to flag calls for coaching and then providing easy to use coaching guidelines for the manager. This helps new reps quickly ramp up. I also see the sales executives use the recorded calls and notes to come to follow up meetings more prepared and this improves the quality of the calls and improves the outcomes with better funnel velocity.
Well suited for SDR / Inside Sales groups. Designed to work with interface into a conferencing tool so not as effective for in person selling.
