Overall Satisfaction with Chorus.ai

Chorus.ai is a key component of our sales and customer success organization. We use it to record and analyze all of our Zoom calls with prospects during the sales process, customers during the onboarding process and throughout their lifecycle in interactions with support and CSMs. We use Chorus.ai not only to hold ourselves accountable but to provide coaching opportunities and allow our new employees and new customer users to come up to speed on our software more quickly and efficiently. We are far more effective and efficient with Chorus.ai powering our teams. I would love to see Chorus.ai provide more targeted capabilities focused on the customer success role in the future.
