It is being used to record online meetings and calls for later review. It is also used by the sales team to send to prospects/clients after the meeting so they can have it for reference or pass it along.
- It integrates with our video conference tool to automatically record meetings.
- It does a nice job analyzing conversations -- providing transcripts of the call, as well as percentages of how often people are speaking.
- Improved client satisfaction: Providing the ability for them to review information after the call.
- Improved client relationships: The ability to pay full attention during the meeting because Chorus.ai allows you to listen again and take notes after the call has ended
