As long as the Chorus recorder is on all of our calls, we're able to capture the data for current and future use. Especially with everything being done through Zoom meetings these days, this has been a great benefit to make sure we don't miss anything.
Being able to proactively find conversations that mention certain topics has been great for obtaining feedback about product usage as well as getting a better idea of what topics and products are top-of-mind and worth pursuing further.
The support team was great, they did a group training session and were also happy to do one-on-ones to get us up to speed.
From a product management perspective, it's very helpful to see and hear client feedback directly from the source. It's also great for diagnosing issues that come up during calls. And by running searches or alerts for mentions of things like the roadmap, it's easy to find relevant conversations and get a feel for the pulse of our clients.
