We evaluated Gong head to head with Chorus.ai. The sales team at Chorus really made the difference for us. They made sure our goals were kept in mind during the evaluation and made our on-boarding process amazing. UI at Chorus was also much better.
Chorus.ai fit into our tech stack seamlessly. It plugs into Okta and Zoom so getting into our team's hands was a breeze.
The flexibility to have multiple scorecards has allowed our teams to use Chorus.ai in a few ways. We have separate score cards for Discovery, Demo and CSM conversations. It's easy to track and provide quick and relevant scores to the teams, all on different metrics.
Support and Onboarding was amazing. By the time we finished our evaluation we had a tool that was ready to deploy to our teams. I haven't had any issues with Support and the product is so intuitive that we're able to make adjustments on the fly without having to lean on a CSM or support rep.
