Pros
- Ability to view our teammates' calls
- Easily tag our managers and receive feedback
- Easy to go back to the call to review what a client said if we were unsure about something
Cons
- Easier way to locate calls--sometimes I have a hard time finding a specific call.
- Time to sync to Chorus.ai--sometimes there is a delay from when we hang up to when it appears in Chorus.ai.
- Being able to get feedback and improve on client calls
- Not having to call back a client if we misheard or misspelled their info; we can go back and listen to the call again
- Accountability, since we are being recorded
There was no way to look up calls and/or tag your manager.
Chorus.ai is much more advanced than any other call recording software that I have experience using. The programs simply recorded and did not have any other features. Chorus.ai not only records our calls but also offers tools to help us improve our performance.
We have group call review sessions so that we can learn from each of our teammates. They have also made all calls from every sales rep available to listen to so we can see who is performing well and listen to their calls.
Chorus.ai hosted a very helpful group training that explained how to use it and how it will be incorporated into our current systems. Since we have metrics to reach each day, it was important to conduct this training efficiently since we needed to learn how to use the software quickly.
