We use Chorus.ai to clone great sales behavior, i.e., rapport building, discovery, product/solution overviews, objection handling, closing and next steps. We also use it to onboard new hires and to train existing staff as well.
- It transcribes conversation well.
- The UI could be more intuitive.
- Updating and rendering completed call is too slow.
- Security: Clearer understanding of who is seeing our corporate secrets without our explicit permission.
- Chorus has decreased onboarding time.
- Chorus had allowed us to loop in engineering by shortening the feedback loop.
Fits beautifully but security is our biggest concern.
Horrible. For a technology company, access to live help is non-existent. My Account Rep is awesome, but I need to schedule appointments. On the fly, in real-time, if I have a question, there is no one to talk or chat with.
