Used for implementation teams in my projects. We are having discovery calls and check-ins and recording sessions covering software requirements. Other teams use for Sales, Development etc. across the company. We are able to go back and review sessions and requirements and transcripts to make sure everything important is captured.
- Individual voice patterns/recognition.
- Screen sharing is always easy and the focus of the recording.
- Many clicks needed in order to share a snippet, I rarely need to share a snippet, I just want to share the whole video usually.
- Hard to find details in transcript recordings, words transcribed incorrectly.
- Would be nice to be able to share the transcripts directly or export them to another format?
I was not involved in the selection of Chorus.ai, but I am excited to have this tool available to help my day to day processes.
I have not used any other screen/call recording tools. I have always needed to take notes and refer back to recordings manually taken in teams etc.
Not needing to send out detailed notes and being able to send the recording. Being able to refer to the transcript.
