I use chorus to record my sales calls. It is very helpful to listen to the calls again if the sale took multiple calls to close. It is also a great tool for coaching and feedback. I like how you can share snippits with your manager or another team member.

The ability to replay prior calls is huge for me and my team. As a new Account Executive in tech, there was a large learning curve. One of the most effective ways I found to learn about the new products I was selling, was by listening to old calls. You can learn a lot from your colleagues and by having the ability to listen to calls from some of the top sales reps in the company.
Aside from Chorus.AI we also use Salesforce and ZoomInfo. All three tools work very well together. ZoomInfo just allowed ChorusAI to be integrated with their platform. I like the insights you can find from the combination. Tech companies working together can accomplish great things! Would highly reccomend Chorus.AI.
Using ChorusAI, we have been able to onboard new reps quickly. As a growing tech company, we needed to break down barriers to learning and knowledge transfer. Breaking down data silos allows our team to continue to grow quickly and be successful. We use Chorus AI as a training and coaching tool. It has been very helpful for our sales reps.
I have not worked with the support team before, so this question is not applicable for me. Personally, I find the tool very easy to use and have required very little training. The only time I have ever had an issue with ChorusAI, is if it does not record at the beginning of a call. I've learned tips and tricks to avoid this along the way. I.e. If you reschedule a call with a customer, send them a new zoom invite so chorus will record.

Chorus.AI is very well suited for sales and customer success teams. You are able to capture call notes easily, play them back to ensure you didn't miss anything, and get coaching and feedback. Out of all of the sales tools in my arsenal,Chorus.AI is one of my favorite tools to use.
