We use Chorus across the entire Revenue organization. It is used for reviewing calls for coaching and development. It is also used for new hire training as a way to mimic sitting at the desk with a colleague to call shadow. It has been extremely valuable to gain insights into how reps are performing post-training sessions.

As a remote team, we rely heavily on the use of call score cards. It is important to be able to listen in on calls in a remote world to track how reps are performing, listen back on difficult calls, and provide feedback as needed. It is also a good way for enablement to understand post-training calls, how reps are absorbing and utilizing the information provided to them.
We utilize this as our only provider for call recordings, for Zoom and Google hangouts calls. This was our team's first tool for call recording and scoring capabilities so we do not have any previous competitors to refer back to. Overall, great experience using Chorus and will recommend to others.
Using it for new hire training has been great. Instead of bombarding merchants with 10 reps on a call, listening in, it has been great to be able to give them calls to listen to. They can also listen to as many calls as they want depending on the level of repetition they are looking for.
I do not have any experience with their team directly.

Yes

Great for sales and success organizations! It is especially important for remote teams when managers and enablement teams do not have a way to overhear calls at desks anymore. I would recommend that all teams start with a basic way to capture trends in calls and eventually move into call scoring as a means to enhance rep skills!
