At my organization, we use Chorus.ai mainly for reviewing calls, meeting intelligence, and better handoffs between teams. We utilize the playlist features not only for development but also for onboarding. This is used mainly in our Sales department (pre and post sales) but we have found use cases for other areas of the company.

The top feature used are deal metrics, transcription, and playlists. We use deal metrics to help us better forecast and understand our pipeline better. The transcription feature is very useful for our sales representatives - they are used to help take better notes and to ensure the following reps know what they need to know. Lastly, we use playlists the most often. They're used for onboarding, specific teams, etc.
We use Chorus.ai with Zoom and Salesforce. We do not currently have the SF integration set up but it does complement it well.
Our biggest success with Chorus.ai has been playlists. We use playlists for training, development, and self reflection.
The Chorus.ai customer support team is above par. Any hiccups we may run into, any bugs that pop up are addressed by the support team quickly. They also offer great courses to help new hires understand how to use this tool more effectively.
