The whole organization leverages for various use cases, but as part of the post-sales Solution Architecture team, I personally leverage it to review calls with my customers to (a) ensure that I am staying on track of projects (b) understand any follow-ups/action items, (c) generate call snippets to enhance product feature requests and (d) generate call snippets for Engineering to triage bugs/incidents in the platform.
  • Creating and sharing call snippets.
  • Searching call transcript for specific phrases.
  • Call lineage graphs showing which speaker is talking when.
  • Analytics can be more personalized for my objectives (most important customers, # of outstanding action items, etc.)
  • Sharing call recordings with new hires so they can get a feel of how to engage/work with customers.
