Chorus is typically used by sales the most but also important for CS, product, eng, and other leaders to hear the voice of prospects and customers.
  • transcripts, snippets, sharing
  • Take away the "This meeting is being live-streamed" pop up, this is the worst way to start the conversation
  • reduced ramp time
  • better note taking
  • better handoffs
playlists, emails
Works seamlessly with SFDC and Slack for sharing. Far better than Jiminny which we previously used.
Sharing to product/engineering features we are missing, they have then implemented.
