Leveraged across entire sales org, used to review customer calls and gaps that we may be missing in our discussions. Ability to detect competition that was referenced as well as hone in on pain points/use cases.. helps with directing a call as well and keeping pace/ customer talking more than sales rep—

Playlists- the ability to onboard by reviewing certain calls that cover a topic ie. discovery— useful when I was ramping up to see how calls were executed the scorecards can be a little harsh in terms of the metrics but overall great high-level view to understanding gaps that need to be addressed
Leveraged it to coincide w zoom and team calls helped with discovering org for better prospecting / multi-threading in accounts .. this tool was great for providing insights into what needs to be improved in my discovery calls/ deal progression meetings loved the ai capabilities and helps with speech/pace of the call
Able to share call clips with the team and present feedback on what should be improved instead of taking notes during my call was able to go back and review the entire Call before deal progression meeting w my boss- ability to have snippets was a huge plus and helped w feedback among colleagues
Never worked for w support team or used any of the free training— wasn’t presented an onboarding session either def something that could be improved upon is awareness of resources at your disposal to get the best value out of chorus- recommend maybe setting up office hours that would be helpful

Think the app is great to better analyze body behavior and reactions to certain things that are being stated. It was useful to see analytics and where to better improve on calls: I had some problem w transcription capabilities tho as the words were jumbled sometimes or it couldn’t pick up on speech appropriately
