We use Chorus recordings for new hires, for note-taking, and for follow-up. It is incredibly helpful to be able to go back, and see all participants and when they spoke/what they said. When we have a new hire, we often point them to Chorus recordings to get familiar with customer conversations.
  • The note taking is excellent.
  • I would like to tag Chorus calls in Salesforce/Slack for easy reference.
  • It does save lots of time when doing follow-ups to see the notes basically typed for you.
This gives us good insight/data into how engaged certain team members are during a sales cycle and the info is nicely presented in Chorus.
I haven't used a tool like Chorus before but it easily integrates with Zoom which is perfect.
An unexpected benefit from my perspective is the option to use previously recorded calls for reference and onboarding. While I was on leave, my team used my calls for trainings.
I have not used the support at Chorus directly.
I haven't used others.

Anyone who runs client calls will benefit from using Chorus.ai. There is often a need to review content that was discussed/questions asked, etc.
