We use Chorus.ai for all of our client calls, which we then make available to share with our team to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration. We also use the recordings to share with other clients or team members. I love the snippet feature and the coaching skills.

I currently use the coaching feature for my client calls to see where there are areas for improvement. One area I am working on improving is reducing the number of filler words that I use. I love the ability to return to a call recording and jump around to different parts of the call based on the snippets of words that Chorus.ai shows me!
I have used Truly as a phone for work in the past, which I liked but there was no coaching aspect. I like that Chorus.ai makes recordings and snippets easy to share. I also use Outreach and I find that Chorus and Outreach work well together. I can share a recording via Outreach.
We have a weekly meeting where everyone on the team shares a snippet from that week that they think would be valuable for other team members to hear about. Chorus.ai has increased collaboration amongst our team. It is also great for new hires, who can watch some client calls before taking the leap of making their own call.
I have not used the Chorus customer support team but I appreciate the occasional emails that I get from Chorus with tips & tricks or events upcoming.
I loved Truly as a work phone (to keep my personal life separate) but there was no coaching aspect and it was harder for teammates to see each other's calls.

I like using the snippet feature for sharing things with teammates ie here is a good way I handled an objection! I also like being able to share recordings with clients so I don't have to do a full demo for everyone always. If I can send them a recording, it may save me time.
