Overall Satisfaction with Cisco 4000 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR 4000)
Three years ago we decided to upgrade our internet circuits from 100Mbps to 500Mbps, so we also decided to upgrade our routers from 3945 to 4451 in order to support VPNs, B2B, DMZ, O365 traffic, so far everything has been working fine, no outages, no issues with these models. We have deployed the same models in different regions (Americas, EMEA and APAC).
- Excellent throughout
- Enough interfaces to cover our needs
- No outages
- Currently is working as expected
- No issues
- We saw an issue a long time ago (but on a provider router) where two different versions of NetFlow were not supported, it turned out to be a bug issue.
- Better internet throughout
- Network stability
- Good performance
We have used Cisco models for long time now. When we were selecting new routers to replace our 3900s, we found that new ISR models will meet our needs in terms of bandwidth capacity.
