Cisco Access Point
Utilized for corporate WiFi services, to enable business-grade wireless network communications. Also utilized for guest WiFi access to common areas of the facility. The entire campus utilizes Cisco WiFi for access, including some select outdoor areas. The WiFi solution addresses the need for mobility and collaboration of users, allows the ease of staff to interact with various users, and also allows access to critical information in various locations of the facility.

Excellent performance from this solution. Top-notch bandwidth handling and users commend the higher speeds of this solution. Cisco adheres to all WiFi standards, with very few user issues with connectivity or compatibility. Cisco [Aironet and Catalyst] 9100 [Access Points] is their premier solution featuring WiFi 6, allowing for the highest bandwidth, up-to-date security features, and the best coverage.
The Cisco solution is fully customizable. From a simple small site installation to a full-featured enterprise installation, [along] with the integration of other security solutions. Best to pair this with other Cisco solutions, but there are use cases available that have integrations to other industry networks and security products. The system can allow a different WiFi setup between departments, branches, or offices as required.
Fairly quick to get up and running with the Cisco solution, after the cabling and physical installation work is completed. There are useful guides and deployment documents that go over the initial setup for installation. The guides are most useful to go through the initial setup process fairly quickly and can be deployed while the physical installation progresses.
Cisco is the preferred WiFi solution worldwide. Typically any support issues are resolved with an internet search. The Cisco solution is typically one of the first to release new WiFi standard-based solutions. Also, their solution works the first time out of the box. Many of the other products may require a call to their technical support because of software flaws or unsupported scenarios. Not so with Cisco. It works out of the box, has many available use cases, and has great support if needed.
This is the top standard for enterprise business. A great working product with many built-in features to enable any business-grade WiFi scenario. The included options are vast and can be complex, but most users may not use all of them. The Cisco solution can range from simple installations to very complex scenarios. Many use cases for any scenario you may want to use are available with an internet search. Cost is higher with this solution but if you are looking for a longer-term solution with many built-in options, this is the way to go.
