We are using a stack of two Cisco Catalyst 6807 Switches as our main data center core switches. These things are big and beefy, with tons of ports and plenty of room for expansion. These things are great to efficiently move traffic throughout the network, with plenty of room to spare.

We have not used any of these features of the switches, as we don't feel that we are a big enough shop to start using them.
We have benefitted from the advanced manageability, as we are not a huge shop with not many network engineers. These are very easy to manage because it's essentially the same as managing any other Cisco device. We enjoy the number of ports that are available and how well the operating system is laid out.
We wanted to remain a Cisco shop, so we really only evaluated using Cisco Catalyst 3850 Switches. We've used the 3850s in other data centers previously, but for this new data center, we really wanted to make sure we were future-proofing as much as we could, and wanted the extra space to expand if necessary.
