Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Catalyst 9200 Series Switches

For user connectivity but this product lack OK connectivity and routing support to be implemented in front of a provider device for small sites. So we're generally deploying this kind of device on big sites behind devices that have better l3 / routing support for our users specifically. This device is robust and doesn't show any RMA-specific issues.

Well for sure we can manage them easily with prime for automation and other tools. They are good choices also to connect users and also servers.
We use them and manage them like many other catalyst devices and for sure the management is quite great on these devices to enhance port security and specificities.
They provide great connectivity and routing options in general depending on the model and allow us to automate the port configuration and management overall.

Well like I said they're well suited for user connectivity rather than being used for infrastructure middle switch or provider edge due to the lack of routing capacity support. Moreover, they lack bandwidth capacity but they are good suites for user connectivity, we use them generally in this scenario at user edge.
