Overall Satisfaction with Cisco DNA Spaces
Cisco DNA Spaces is used in the organization's administrative offices to measure the number of visits and time that each employee spends in the offices. In addition, an important use case is to keep them constantly updated with hygiene measures and COVID-19 protocols through the use of WiFi on all sites.

Cisco DNA Spaces has especially benefited us with the behavior metrics module to identify the behavior of our users and customers in our branches and thus be able to take actions to increase productivity and increase sales through advertising campaigns through our captive portals. This is the most popular benefit for us.
Cisco DNA Spaces has helped us to keep our collaborators updated with the most recent hygiene measures and protocols by sending information through the captive portals managed by the company. It is a practical, simple, and agile way to keep our colleagues informed.
The organization has benefited from the integration of the Cisco Meraki MS switches to be able to provide PoE power to the Meraki MR access points in addition to the option of having multigigabit ports to take full advantage of the Access Points that handle the new WiFi standard and thus provide more stable connectivity within the organization.
The knowledge that our organization has obtained about the behavior of clients or employees from location-based services allows us to identify the hours most attended by clients and collaborators to the offices and the frequency that they do so in a certain time already in a week or a month and with this take measures to encourage sales.
The company has not used the asset management capabilities through Cisco DNA Spaces either for monitoring or understanding the use of assets; however, it is one of the functionalities that we would like to enable to identify those assets that should not leave a certain specific area. I think that this use case is very important inside the organization.
