Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets
Being used by my organization, as well as others I consult. Utilized by support and office staff, it is a solid, reliable and durable piece of equipment. Easy to use, works well. No call quality issues. Fits, even larger heads, without issue and still retains good call quality.
- Easy to use.
- Fit is good, even for larger heads.
- Sound quality is good for user and receiver.
- Expensive. Really price.
- Have a way to better clean the earpiece.
- Works well and does not hinder productivity.
- Aids in productivity as people can be on the phone and still get things like (coffee).
- Allows reduction of noise pollution by reducing speaker phone usage.
Had no issues setting it up, or having others set it up. Pretty straight forward. It should be. Many non technical people use this on a daily basis. Needs to be an easier to use piece of equipment. It is simple, effective and useful. This encourages people to adopt it and getaway from speaker phone usage as much.
There have been no issues with call quality or connection issues. Very reliable and easy to use with a good range. No one has complained about audio or call quality when being used. Makes for greater use and adoption by users. Has made meetings more productive and less of the "can you hear me" dynamics.
Did not use the mobile app. Works pretty straightforward. Though I am confident the app works as well as the unit. Very streamlined and easy to use for all users. Not just technical staff, but any staff we have on one. A very easy device, that I'm sure has an app that staff could use easily.
The devices work well, match our existing phones and look professional as well as operate with quality. Solid product, no issues. Price is a bit higher, but a solid product for the price. We tried a variety of units, but wanted to consolidate brands and models for documentation and training purposes.
