Cisco Headset 500 Series

Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets

Cisco Headset 500 Series is used by me only since I decided to buy it for my WFH allowance and since I like Cisco products. When compared to my earlier Sony headset, the Cisco headset solves a lot of audio connection issues, which is super fantastic. I recommended that a few of my teammates also use it.

Pros

  • Bluetooth connectivity is super fast
  • No lag in audio during meetings
  • Very sturdy over head

Cons

  • Provide better cushioning
  • Make the cord length adjustable
  • Increase the size of the buttons
  • It is very costly
  • It will be expensive for small organizations

Cisco Headset 500 Series is well suited for meetings and to listen to music. One suggestion from my side is to provide a better noise cancellation feature. It is not good for kids or use during outdoor activities. I have used it earlier as well and found that the connectivity is faster with Cisco devices like DX80 telepresence endpoints but not with television. This can be a place where it is less appropriate.
