Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headset 700 Series
We use this headset because we already have a Cisco environment for Collaboration on premises and since we adopted Webex, it was like a natural extension. We use it for the moment in the UC Team, but the plan is to extend it to other departments. It helps us a lot in conferencing and for calling.
Pros
- Voice quality is exquisite.
- Design - is robust and yet elegant.
- Flexibility on how it can connect.
Cons
- Charging time is a bit long.
- Background noise suppression does not suppress other voices.
- Not so many colors.
- Easy to use.
- Flexibility.
- Mobility.
They [Cisco Headset 700 Series] are easy to use and very to enjoy the experience to discover them.
It provides an outstanding quality for both the incoming and outgoing communication flows, you can hear the partner clearly and the feedback is also positive.
We have not used yet the [mobile] app.
Cisco Headset 700 Series has a better voice quality and a better battery.
