Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headset 700 Series
The Cisco Headset 700 [Series] is a great headset and can be paired with multiple devices. It helps with the users that always like to use their speakerphone but annoys everyone else. The headset is super comfortable and the noise cancellation is amazing. [I] highly recommend this headset for any Bluetooth device.

- Able to use softphones in the workspace
There is nothing really difficult to connect to your device. The hardest problem I had was finding the cables that came with it.
Superior audio with no outside noise. People have no idea I am calling from a computer and not a landline.
Not using the app.
I would put the Cisco [Headset] 700 Series against my Bose Series 700 (Ironically) and wouldn't be able to tell much of a difference if any other than the way the headphones wear.
