Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headset 700 Series

[They are] easy to deploy and easy to manage via the Webex Control Hub, this headset had helped us with the transition to work at home during the COVID era, and allows users to answer multiple calls and meetings with a single wireless headset. Noise canceling is incredible and a must-have for the pets, kids, and spouses that are now part of the modern office landscape.

Very easy to configure, use, and manage. The included quick start sheet is well laid out and at arm's length. QR code included for users to download the phone app. Easy to do firmware upgrades via the app. I just realized there is another USB C cable in the case.
Nothing is more painful during the Covid work day than a coworker or customer with bad audio, either too quiet or too hot. Too many calls where the mic on the docked laptop has taken over and the muffled audio is impossible to hear. This eliminates that issue with ease and aplomb and takes out the guesswork of which mic is in use.
The app includes presets for the headphones which are sure to appeal to users looking for a quick adjustment to their audio. The hot-to section of the app also provides clear, concise instructions on how to accomplish any settings or connections needed by the end-user, [and] empowering them to control their own audio.
The Jabra Evolve 2 is close in the audio department, but we had issues with the hardware falling apart and no cloud management or insights into the units. This was also a wired unit, and the freedom of wireless has been a huge difference for prolonged desk use that came with working from home.

I have used it [Cisco Headset 700 Series] traveling and at home, and it works well in both scenarios. The Bluetooth distance is great for quick trips to get coffee or grab something off the printer. The charging base helps reduce clutter on the desk and the case is nice for trips or on-site work.
