Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headset 700 Series
At the start of COVID19 in March 2020 every employee was able to get a [Cisco Headset] 730. The product arrive[d] at home via mail after 2 weeks of filling the service request in the company. The company was able to provide a top brand Cisco headphones and solve the issue of communication. The advantages of these headphones are low weight and long battery life.
- The design is outstanding over other headphones.
- The weight is awesome they are light and you can have all day.
- The headphones can work all the 8 hours with a single charge.
- Would be good if the headphones have USB-C and no microusb.
- Would be good if we can buy pads in different colors and no[t] only black.
- A fast charge feature would [be] nice to have.
- I was provided with the headphones, but my back is not hurting anymore; before I was using heavy headphones.
- Due to the battery life we are able to have long collaborative meetings.
- The quality of the product means that the battery is healthy after 2 years.
Yes, the pairing process was really simple and the other buttons are really intuitive. One button for [is for] mov[ing] the sound level up and another for mov[ing] the sound level down. Also, there is a single button for mute that is really handy. Press one button [that will] allow to skip songs and also have the power button.
The noise cancellation feature is a top high-quality [feature]. You can have meeting[s] in a really noisy environment and also you can do presentations with some noise near you, [and] the headphones will remove all that noise for you making your meetings, presentations, and conferences easy to run. Also the quality means that the battery will last long time preventing interruptions in your meeting due to the fact that the battery is flat. This not happened with Cisco [Headset 700 Series] if you charge during the night.
I did not install the application on my mobile as I don't need it, so I'm unable to give any recommendation[s] about the mobile application.
I got the option of select the jabra or the Cisco [Headset 700 Series] but I love this brand and I select Cisco [Headset 700 Series]. Also all the screens are Cisco so I stick with this brand.
