I manage all my infrastructure (Cisco UCS, Pure Storage, VMware) from Intersight. I make use of workflows to orchestrate all my infrastructure. It also simplifies the firmware upgrade of Cisco UCS. It also makes load balancing of resources simple and efficient with workload optimizer. It keeps expanding support for devices as well as vendors and even cloud environments.

I think that intersight is a more mature product, with little to no installation overhead. Its interface is easier to use. Also features workload optimization and vulnerability advisories that are not present in cloud forms.
Saves a lot of hours with the orchestration feature, being able to create custom workflows to automate all kinds of tasks, from the daily stuff to the most complex operations.
Yes, it has enabled us to monitor, manage, and orchestrate from a single pane of glass.
