We use Intersight
Connectivity for the Cisco ACI Fabric to automatically generate TechSupport files for the device Serial Number and link it to the Service Request that was opened for the device. Also, it is possible to generate and
pre-upload TechSupports to Intersight using the TAC Assist feature. This simplifies the collection of information and greatly reduces the time that is needed for Cisco TechSupport to analyze the logs.

- Simple installation and configuration.
- Automated tasks.
- Proactive Service Request creation based on faults.
- Licensing could be simpler.
- We save more than couple of hours collecting TAC logs and uploading them to SR.
It has improved our company resource management in terms of engineer engagement during TAC Service Request creation.
We are currently not using open API integration.
