The phone supports VoIP Telephone services, is easy to use and reliable. The phones are resilient, can withstand daily usage, and usually provide services for a number of years without having to replace. There are also good after-sales services and several vendors offer the items for purchase and also provide support.

- Backlit buttons would help for poorly lit areas
- Handset that is resilient to continuous sanitizing and cleaning
- More rounded, smoother design of the instrument instead of the harsh square shape
- Reduced operational cost for communications, lowered CAPEX
- Reduced downtime and loss of communications which arise for poor connectivity
- Overall increase in productivity due to effective communications
- Reduced IT spend on voice and opportunity to invest into other projects
Avaya also presents a very worthy solution. However, the support options for Cisco are much better in the Caribbean. Therefore, when choosing a solution that provides a critical service such as voice communications, you need to consider after-sales support, warranty, and general maintenance support. Avaya has a weak support model in the Caribbean.
