Overall Satisfaction with Cisco IP Phones

This software is great for high volume call center locations and positions. It really helps the flow of the calls and the end users really enjoy this product. I have used it in every call center position i have been in. Great product easy to use and easy user interface.

This one beats all of the odds with the completion. It has all the feature those listed have as well but this one does it so much better. We currently use CXnice One and its not as good as Cisco IP Phone 6800 Series . I will always choose Cisco over all the other products.

I would highly recommend this product. It has all the features to all call center needs. Its very easy to learn and use when you need to filter calls at a high volume pace. You will definitely like to be using this product if you have lots of calls and emails coming in your center for service.
