Overall Satisfaction with Cisco IP Phones
This software is great for high volume call center locations and positions. It really helps the flow of the calls and the end users really enjoy this product. I have used it in every call center position i have been in. Great product easy to use and easy user interface.

This one beats all of the odds with the completion. It has all the feature those listed have as well but this one does it so much better. We currently use CXnice One and its not as good as Cisco IP Phone 6800 Series . I will always choose Cisco over all the other products.
