Overall Satisfaction with Cisco IP Phones

We have implemented Cisco IP telephony using the Business Edition 6000 solution. We have 3 models of IP phones installed for users throughout the building. The Cisco IP Phone 7941 model I use and all of the administrative and IT for internal and external communication. This model is excellent with hands-free and HD voice features and brings great benefits in terms of communication quality in daily use. IP communication brings a lot of savings in internal calls with zero cost and better quality.

  • Multiple ringtones.
  • Allows you to put on a headset for calls.
  • LED indicator of incoming calls.
  • It does not have a color LCD screen.
  • It does not support multiple lines.

  • Fast return on investment.
  • Better security in communication.
Cisco support has always been one of the best on the market with a great level of customer service and response time. Smartnet is critical to always have technical support and firmware/software update with new features. The price is good.

Cisco IP Phone 7900 Series can be used in any IP phone scenario. It is recommended for intermediate use as it has advanced features that add more value to the user such as a speakerphone, headset, monochrome LCD screen, and HD Voice. But it doesn't have a color screen. The level of quality of the connections is excellent and it is a portable device with great construction and durability.

Using Cisco IP Phones

It is a telephone device with easy usability and installation. It's plug and play. It is necessary to connect the network cable to the device to receive the internet signal and then connect another cable from the phone to the PC to provide network to the device. It can be easily moved anywhere and allows you to authenticate multiple users with login credentials.
