Overall Satisfaction with Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series

The Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series is used in our organization by all departments. It addresses communication issues. It's comfortable and well designed for all employees.
  • It has a large screen
  • More programmable lines
  • Easy to deploy
  • Good quality of audio
  • I would suggest an easier implementation like plug and play
  • Flexibility in license usage
  • Its cost savings especially when you can manage by the empowerments of each user.
  • A negative impact is that users can call whoever they want if you do some limitations. Currently, Cisco has no proprietary software to do this.
  • Positive impact is the advantage of Wi-Fi support and POE included on the hardware.
It's just more comfortable than the 7800 series with its big screen and more possible line and key features. It also has [an] extension for more key [features.]
It's definitely improved communication as we can see each other while working together on a project or during a meeting.
I could have given more, but because you only need to be an expert in installation to be able to install those phones. Cisco supports TAC today can't help in languages other than English.

Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series is advised when you want good quality, durable, solid phones with more functionality. When you do not have the budget that goes with it, you have to go with the 7800 series, which is also quite equal.
