Overall Satisfaction with Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series
[Cisco IP Phone 8800 (8851) Series is] used by whole our organization. We have been using it since 2018, and it has an elegant design also, [the] Bekem module is pretty good for managers. 8851 is not only an IP telephone but also with cisco CUCM is a great communication device.

- Speed dial menus
- Handset cable is not useful. It can be better or wireless [...] can be better for handset
- Faster communication
Modern design, user-friendly screen, more options on-screen, [and] Bekem [module.]
In my opinion, it is not only about [the Cisco IP Phone] 8800 Series [...] but also related with any other technologies. As a phone unit, it has [a] really quality speaker and handset.
