Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
It is getting used as the primary tool for chats, video calls and screen sharing.
- Chats in Jabber are easy to use.
- Video calls are smooth with no quality issues.
- Screen sharing for taking and giving support is very well.
- Integration with MS Outlook and hence causes status issues.
- Historic chat functionality is missing.
- Calendar integration with MS Outlook.
- It was the primary tool for all chats, video calls and screen sharing and was easy to use.
- Video calls never caused issues.
- Voicemail button in Jabber made accessing voicemails very easy.
- Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex Meetings and HCL Sametime (formerly from IBM)
MS Teams has some advance functionality then Cisco Jabber and integrates well with Outlook but Jabber's console is small and doesn't take whole screen space on your computer and also the video call quality is way better with Jabber.
