Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
Cisco Jabber was used in my organization for quite some time. It is a simple, yet full of possibilities tool for everyday use. We mostly used the Instant Messaging and presence option, and some departments used the softphone and meeting functionalities. File sharing is also seamless.

- Jabber has gone to a true revamp of functionalities and usage thru the years
- A lot of new functionalities and secure upgrades make it very reliable
- Mobile app version can be better
If your on-prem infrastructure has no communication to public internet due to some regulations, Cisco Jabber is a quite secure and reliable all-in-one app that can meet your needs. Jabber is also reliable in the Contact Center universe. The upgraded Webex App seems to perform better in terms of external communication.
