Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
During and after the Covid-19 situation, we faced a lack of communication with our teams at different sites (location), zoom and other tools were used to make some following and retraining, but we needed a communication tool that allows us to get in contact with our teams in an easy and fast way.

We got some communication issues that we presented using Zoom, Cisco Jabber has more capabilities, and features and is really easy to implement and run, which helps to get better communication with all teams.
