Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
We use Cisco Jabber for internal communication, meetings and messaging. Some issues we have faced are finding the settings for configurations (users), and some issues being reported were username and passwords not being saved.

- Chat and messaging features work seamlessly
- Automatic status updates is great too.
- Screen sharing is great and fast
- Better integration into Outlook
- Username and Passwords being forgotten by the software
- Lack of alerts when getting an incoming call
- It has made internal communication easier, faster and more reliable.
- Constant troubleshooting/configuration is needed to keep it running smoothly.
- Video and call quality and dependability is great
Jabber is much lightweight, less resources on the system, easier to use and quality is great compared to Teams.
