Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MS
We have around 20 Meraki switches throughout our organization across three locations. Before we had Meraki, we had only one location and the switches were very difficult to work with. Meraki helped us expand the company but keep the same size IT department. They have been very reliable and very easy to manage.
- Easy to manage vlans
- PoE works great
- The UI is very user friendly
- Lots of documentation and a large online community
- Works well with merak AP, Cameras, and Sensors
- Works with Azure AD SSO
- The rack mounting brackets are not removable making them difficult to fit in tight racks
- Offline management would be nice
- gbics can be difficult to remove

- It's been very positive and help diagnose issues with the built in Wireshark feature
- I'm sure they've saved tons of time and only a similar product would compare
Easy to manage for almost any IT professional. Network background or training isn't necessary to use and learn how they work.
They've been easy to manage and reliable which benefits the entire organization whether they know it or not.
The gui was lightyears ahead of Adtran when we switched.
