Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MX
We use the Cisco Meraki MX platform as a method of supporting customers beyond the demarcation point. With more and more customers adopting complex network solutions without having an in house specialist, it is imperative that companies offer solutions that can be managed remotely. By using the Meraki platform we can manage systems remotely for these kind of customers.

We use the Cisco Meraki MX platform as a method of providing support to customers beyond the demarcation point. From the cloud portal it's extremely simple to configure, troubleshoot, and implement Meraki MX devices into customer networks. Their support is extremely responsive and it's very easy to get answers regarding anything that doesn't seem to be working properly.
The Cisco Meraki product family integrates extremely well with each other, and allows us to scale solutions based on a customer needs. Some only need a firewall with port forwarding, while others could be a full blown large scale business requiring APs, switches, and firewalls. In addition to this we can offer expertise and managing and integrating equipment in new or existing networks without problems.
The key to Cisco Meraki being the superior product is its ease of use and cloud managed portal. Although other products do offer more knobs, the simplistic design of the Meraki portal makes it easy for any user to integrate it into their new or existing networks. It really is a great product!
