Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MX Firewalls

The Cisco Meraki MX Firewalls were used in regional offices across multiple locations. They support the backend offices. Everything around our specific use-case can also be found on a case study of Cisco's, search for "Cisco Meraki MyRepublic".
  • Easy administration through cloud dashboards.
  • Unified view across multiple locations and multiple product lines (firewalls, access points, switches, cameras).
  • Functionality is being abstracted and hidden in the dashboard, what's not in the dashboard can't be used.
  • Didn't cater well for complex use cases.
  • Attractive license model.
  • Lifetime support.
Cisco Meraki MX Firewalls has nicer dashboards and the learning curve was lesser.
24/7 support was always helpful and they didn't mind walking us through issues step-by-step.
Support people are all engineers and super knowledgeable.
