Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki SM

All of our iPhone and iPad devices across all of our teams and locations have Meraki SME Mobile device management installed to monitor and safely protect the company’s provided devices. We also use it to share docs with backpack but mostly to control data usage and make sure business apps are installed and configured properly.

Super easy to deploy MDM licensing and keep up to date for all devices. We can also force software updates and keep track of our techs on the road. Incredibly easy to integrate and doesn’t require much follow up from our IT team. The dashboard is intuitive and offers options and filters to adjust the solution per teams.
We forced Cisco Jabber to be enabled and up and running on all our Apple devices so that we could use it as our internal VoIP solution for users inside our enterprise, especially for users on the road using data plans for mobile devices while on installation or service calls with our customers but also all of our internal staff.
It is super easy to add users and deploy MDM license on all new devices on the dashboard. It’s also quite simple to personalize the policies from different teams, sites, or apply rules on a certain type of devices versus another. There are many levels to safely allow managers and admins to control the solution.
For a company that provides devices to their employees to monitor data Usage and implement policies for business applications like Webex or Jabber. And also locate technician staff on the road servicing our clients. It is also useful for whitelisting apps and provide access to documents and tools for all users.
