Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Nexus

We have leaf-spine architecture deployed with MP-BGP EVPN in our DCs.
  • It's reliable.
  • Loss-less Networking.
  • Unified Fabric VXLAN.
  • VXLAN are mapped to VLAN... it's a very big limitation.
  • In the last 2 years, we have been hit by multiple OS bugs.

Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - Every change must be tested in lab before proceeding in production

Our network is very well design. Any components or device failure. Doesn't affect network availability

Yes - We recently received security advisor from cisco that our is version has major security flow... We immediately planned for upgrade with Cisco TAC support on our side. Upgrade went smoothly.
