Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Prime LAN Management Solution
Cisco Prime LAN Management Solution is used in our organization to manage all the switches, router and access points we have. We have approximately 300 switches, 10 routers and almost 300 access points.
- Alerting is good
- Ease of management
- Supports wide range of products that can be configured easily by SNMP
- Topology view should be included
- Host recognizability should be added
- Because of effective alerts the down time has been reduced a lot.
- Managment of access points is very easily done.
Both are best in their field, but as I said earlier if you have Cisco AP with 5700 controllers it is a must to have Cisco Prime Infrastructure.
